Capstone works with colleges, universities, and school districts to serve various constituent groups including employees, students, and parents. Services are tailored to meet organizational needs.
Employee Support
Many of Capstone’s offerings can be utilized directly by the organization or as part of an Employee Assistance/Wellness program.
- Public Speaking – Capstone has access to a large network of professionals, available to speak on a wide variety of topics.
- Training/Professional Development – Capstone provides training and professional development on a wide array of subject matter in various lengths and formats.
- Alternative Conflict Resolution – Capstone assists in the resolution of conflicts and concerns through facilitation, mediation, and ombuds services. Mediation is also available for cases involving family, divorce, and eldercare.
- Counseling – Capstone’s licensed mental health professionals are available to meet with clients in person or through e-counseling (HIPPA compliant video format).
- Professional Coaching - Coaches partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Areas of coaching include executive/leadership, career, relationship, conflict, elder caregiver, and life coaching.
Student Support
- Remote Student Records Processing - Capstone provides remote processing services for enrollment & student records related functions traditionally performed by college staff.
Capstone remote services can be utilized to supplement in-house processing during peak periods or as the primary source of processing for the institution. The following are examples of functions that can be outsourced to Capstone for processing:

- Counseling – Capstone's e-counseling service is a cost effective means for providing students with easy access to licensed mental health professionals whom understand the challenges faced by today's college students. E-counseling allows students to schedule and attend a counseling appointment utilizing their computer, tablet, or smartphone. This option is ideal for students with busy schedules, competing demands, transportation issues, or concerns about confidentiality or the stigma often associated with seeking counseling. Student issues often addressed in e-counseling include:
- Feelings of depression and loneliness
- Interpersonal and relationship issues
- Stress and anxiety
- Time management and procrastination
- Home sickness and adjustment issues

Capstone's e-counseling operates within professional, ethical guidelines and applicable federal and state laws. Software utilized to facilitate the provision of e-counseling is HIPPA compliant.
